#EXTENDED Closing Date 03/04/2022!
The COVID-19 pandemic has shown
a disproportionate amount of deaths in
racialized minorities.
Arguments of "bad biology" or "poor
decision-making" in Black Americans
in combination with the problematic
persistence of biological essentialism
in medical research all fail to highlight
the social conditions that have caused
the disparities we see today.
Through artistic data visualizations,
videos, and text, the exhibition walks
the audience through racial inequities
that have been exasperated by the
COVID-19 pandemic and the social
conditions which have caused them.
